DELIVERY OF GOODS AND PAYMENT

How can I pay for the goods?

In our online store MADU it is possible to pay online using the payment gateway Shopify Payments.

Do you send COD?

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery

What carriers can I choose?

We currently cooperate with the following carriers:

  • GLS (delivery to address)
  • Zásilkovna (delivery to address)
  • Zásilkovna (delivery to the delivery point or Z-Box)

Do you also send abroad?

Yes, we currently ship to the following countries in addition to the Czech Republic: Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, France, Hungary, Denmark, the Netherlands and Spain.

 

When will the goods be delivered to me?

As soon as we receive payment for the goods from you into our account, we will start working on dispatching your order.

Goods that we have in stock will usually be sent to you the next working day. You will then be informed about the delivery of your order by your chosen carrier. In the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we will normally deliver the goods within 7 working days.  Exceptionally, it may happen that the delivery is delayed on the part of the carrier, for example before Christmas. We apologize in advance for these situations.

 

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

Is direct exchange of returned goods possible?

Unfortunately, direct exchange of goods is not possible. You can return the goods free of charge within 14 days. Once the goods have been registered, we will refund you using the same payment method as the order was paid for. Simply order your new product from our e-shop.

How can I return the goods?

We have a 14-day return period without giving a reason. 

The goods should always be returned to the branch of Zásilkovna at Biskupcova 1837/4, 130 00 Prague, which is under the ID: 7873

Can I claim the goods?

Of course you can claim the goods!

Goods can be claimed within the statutory period of 24 months. We will deal with your claim as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days.
